Selling Guidelines & Info

We sell outdoor and active gear & apparel! Brands like Outdoor Research, Columbia, The North Face, Wild Rye, etc. are great for us. Apparel items from non-outdoor brands may be declined. If you're unsure if your items qualify, send us an email to check! 

You must be located in the USA or Canada to list with us at the moment!

 Sizes are XL and up. That means a mens 38+ or women's 12-14 and up.... etc! If you're unsure, just ask. :)

 You need to submit LEAST 1 high quality photo per item.More photos mean more likely to sell. It's not our job to audit this, but if your items aren't selling, send us some new photos! 

 Items MUST be sent out as clean as you can get them. Clothing must be washed before sale (please don't use heavy scented detergents!) Gear/shoes etc should be free of excessive dirt. Be good to each other, ya know? :)

 Sellers will receive an 80% payout of their listing price to their Venmo or PayPal. Payouts are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month. Your payouts will be processed once the tracking number states delivered!

 A listing fee of $5 must be submitted via Venmo (@extended-outdoor) or PayPal (extendedoutdoor@gmail.com) prior to submitting a seller form. Multiple items may be listed at one time (up to 10 per form!)  but this $5 covers our time in the event that items that are pulled without sale, and is to discourage abuse of this platform. HOWEVER, this fee is returned to you with your first payout!

 When your item sells, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. All you have to do is print and send within 3-5 business days.

Items with small rips/holes etc. are still eligible to be sold in our 'bargain bin' section, but please price these items accordingly, or select our 'price it for me' option! 

 This is a new platform, currently run by a tiny team- please keep that in in mind when you're communicating with us.... and do let us know if you have feedback!
